Coherent Nonlinear Optical Spectroscopy of Single Charged GaAs Quantum Dots

Abstract

Coherent nonlinear optical measurements on single charged GaAs quantum dots show both bright and dark transitions in the Voigt configuration. Preliminary measurements give the lower limit of spin dephasing time (T2) as 13 nsec.
