Abstract

Hysteresis characteristics on Faraday rotation signal of sputtered Bi:YIG film was corrected for metal-free magneto-optic field sensing by using a multilayer perceptron. The calibrated value was linearly fitted to the applied field. The root-mean-square error of the MLP processed value was 0.18 mT, and one-fourth of linear calibration.
