Abstract
We have been studying an injection seeded terahertz (THz) wave parametric generator (is-TPG) that has a wide dynamic range around 1 to 2 THz region and is good at measurements through shielded objects [1]. Recently, multiwavelength generation from is-TPG has been realized, enabling real-time acquisition of fingerprint spectra of reagents [2], however, simultaneous identification with measurement could not be performed and imaging of reagent distribution required post-processing. In this study, we combined multiwavelength is-TPG with machine learning [3] to achieve visualization of reagent distribution simultaneously with measurement and speed-up the imaging process.
