Development of Efficient Terahertz Parametric Generator using Flat Pump Beam

Abstract

An is-TPG spectroscopic system consists of an injection-seeded terahertz (THz) parametric generator (is-TPG) and THz parametric detection using the inverse process of is-TPG. It has extremely wide dynamic range (~125 dB) [1] and is expected to be used for nondestructive measurements including illicit drug testing through shielding [2].
