Nanosecond laser processing with tungsten and tungsten alloys in fusion science applications

Abstract

We experimentally used the 532 nm nanosecond laser to characterize the ablation rates of the ITER grade W. In addition, the first laser processing results of tungsten-rhenium alloys will also be reported.
