Use of fluorescence spectroscopy to determine adulteration in organic soybean oil

Abstract

Emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime of samples excited between λ340 and λ500 nm were combined to determine adulteration of organic soybean oil by the addition of aliquots of conventional soybean oil.
