Bound-state Induced Tunneling in an Array of Matter-wave Quantum Emitters Coupled to Free Space

Abstract

Bound states in quantum emitter arrays can induce coherent transport though polariton formation. Here, we investigate effects of bound-state induced hopping on motional coherence in an array of matter-wave emitters realized with ultracold atoms in an optical lattice.
