FIBI (Fluorescence Imitating Brightfield Imaging) for Slide-Free Rapid Histopathology

Abstract

We present FIBI (fluorescence imitating brightfield imaging) for creating histology images from unsectioned fresh or fixed tissue specimens. It rapidly creates full-color images using low-cost optics and is suitable for low-resource settings.
