Visualizing Analog and Digital Diagnostic Provenance in Pathology

Abstract

To support digital pathology equivalence studies, we digitized the microscope workflows of pathologists using a microscope camera and video mosaicking, creating spatiotemporal visualizations of glass and digital slide diagnostic workflows.
