3D pathology in conjunction with deep-learning triage for esophageal dysplasia screening

Abstract

Accurate assessment of esophageal biopsies is crucial for minimizing esophageal-cancer-related mortality. Here we report a deep learning-based triage workflow to identify regions of potential malignancy in large 3D pathology datasets of whole endoscopic biopsies.
