Retinal Densitometry in Acute Posterior Multifocal Placoid Pigment Epitheliopathy

Abstract

Cone photopigment kinetics were investigated using retinal densitometry in six patients with acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE). Our goal was to elucidate cone impairment during a period of 12-18 months following the onset of the disease process.
