Layer-By-Layer Analysis of Macular Diseases with Objectively Measured Visual Functions

Abstract

In macular diseases, identification of impaired retinal layer is of value in diagnosis and pathogenetic analysis. We introduce two methods, with which layer- by-layer visual functions of the macula can be evaluated objectively and quantitatively.
