Recover speed loss in wide-field, optical-sectioning imaging by interleaved reconstruction

Abstract

We propose an interleaved reconstruction method for recovering speed loss in structured illumination microscopy, leading to 3 times faster, and demonstrate its superiority by in vivo imaging of neural network dynamics in zebrafish larva.
