Abstract

We experimentally present the first complete all-optical look-up memory operation at 10 Gb/s, utilizing two identical InP monolithically integrated PICs of multi-bit photonic-memory arrays, being able to operate as a 2-bit all-optical RAM or as 2-bit optical CAM tables.
