Abstract

To measure a 3-D displacement vector single-large-hologram and multiple-hologram analyses are conventionally used. Their common difficulty in readout arising from interpretation of the fringe of the holographic interferogram is that it is cumbersome either to count the fringes across the field of view through a small aperture while the observer continuously moves his view point from one place to another, or to find the so-called point of zero motion.
