Image recognition techniques with the discrete rectangular wave transform

Abstract

This paper deals with further studies with real-time image recognition based on the discrete rectangular wave transform (DRWT).1 The methods proposed drastically decrease the time of computation and cost of implementation while they also increase the quality of recognition in the presence of noise.
