Performance characteristics of coherent 2-D grating surface emitting diode laser arrays

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The power-current characteristics and efficiencies of coherent two dimensional n × 10 grating surface emitting surface emitting diode laser arrays have been experimentally measured as a function of n. the number of Injection-coupled sections in the array. It has been found that the threshold current density as n increases.
