Abstract
The output characteristics of a 2.03-μm He-Xe laser are studied for the purpose of developing it as a spectroscopic and interferometric light source in the IR region. The output power of the 2.03-μm line was measured with a PbS photoconductive cell as a function of discharge current for various Xe and He pressures.
