Optical probing of superconductor thin film YBa2Cu3O7−δ

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Looking for practical applications of the high Tc superconductor has become an interesting study subject. As a research project, the superconductor film has attracted wide attention because it has its own characteristics different from the bulk superconductor sample; even more important the film is the essential material used to produce electronic superconductor equipment. According to an earlier preview of uses of the microelectronic element, a large number of reseachers are working on the high Tc superconductor film.
