Wiener-filtering approach to phase retrieval from modulus data

Abstract

Consider the problem of estimating the phase of a complex image spectrum from knowledge of its modulus. Current algorithms are computation-intensive, requiring either a large execution time, owing to iterative convergence to a solution, or a large central memory requirement, owing to the necessity of storing four-dimensional tensors.
