Abstract

Spatio-Temporal Optical Coherence Tomography (STOC-T) is a new imaging modality that uses light with controlled spatial and temporal coherence. STOC-T enables the acquisition of high-contrast and high-resolution coronal projection images of the choroid and choriocapillaris at arbitrary depths, free of scattering effects. In this contribution, we demonstrated the capabilities of the new method on healthy and vision impaired volunteers.
