Abstract

The authors have developed a 130 mm magneto-optic (MO) rewritable disk drive. This drive is 146W*203D*82H mm in size, which is as small as the so-called full-height, size 5.25 inch magnetic disk drive, and conforms to the 130 mm rewritable disk ISO standard.
