Modeling and Consideration on Crosstalks from adjacent tracks to realize high capacity recording

Abstract

The crosstalk, which is defined as interference noise in the readout waveform due to neighboring tracks, can become a major contributor to total noise, especially as track pitches get reduced in order to achieve higher recording density.
