Abstract

A sampler module featuring a built-in photoconductive switch and laser diode was prototyped for use in highspeed measurement of electrical waveform. This was used in a system for measuring high-speed signals, thereby achieving a measurement bandwidth of 9.2GHz when measuring RF signals.
