A Low Crosstalk LiNbO3 4×4 Digital Optical Switch

Abstract

The low crosstalk, DC drift-free 4×4 matrix switch has been developed using a tree structure matrix switch and a digital switch element. A crosstalk of lower than -30dB and a switching voltage of 38.5V is achieved.
