Evaluation of Nonlinear Propagation in 64-GBaud Coherent Optical Communication System

Abstract

We investigate the EGN model on evaluating the accumulated nonlinear propagation along a 3000-km link in a WDM system with fifteen 64-GBaud PM-64QAM channels, which shows very good accuracy with/without nonlinear phase-noise mitigation.
