Infrared Phase Shifting Interferometry Using a Pyroelectric Vidicon

Abstract

Phase-shifting interferometric phase measurement techniques are applied to pyroelectric vidicons operating at a wavelength of 10.6 microns. Special considerations are discussed in obtaining accurate wavefront measurements.
