Abstract
The combination of interferometry and computer-generated holograms is well established as the standard technique for measuring aspheric surfaces. This technique regularly achieves snapshot measurements with lambda/100 accuracy and megapixel resolution for complex aspheric and freeform surfaces. This talk shows some new applications of this technology for improving test alignment, measuring angles, aligning optical systems, and measurement of complex optical subsystems.
