Young’s Experiment at Lambda = 1.54 A Using Sputtered-Sliced Multilayers

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We will discuss our technique for producing sputtered-sliced zone plates and transmission gratings. Both amplitude modulated and phase modulated devices have been produced. These devices have been used to demonstrate interference effects with 8 Kev xrays in our lab.
