Abstract

One of the problems ecological monitoring of the atmosphere is operative diagnostics of ejection power of pollutants close to pollution sources, for example, plant chimneys /1/. At present, different methods of remote sensing of industrial pollutions have been developed, in particular, the methods based on the optical measurements. In this case, as is shown in /2/, the measurements of image brightness of smoke plumes with the use of a TV camera appear to be sufficiently informative.
