Abstract
We present accelerated Fourier ptychographic diffraction tomography (aF-PDT), which combines sparse annular LED illuminations and multiplexing illumination to significantly decrease data amount and achieve computational acceleration of 3D RI tomography. The validity of the proposed method is experimentally demonstrated on clustered HeLa cells in a large field of view.
