Abstract

Recent results from several groups have convincingly demonstrated that picosecond terahertz (THz) light pulses are a useful tool for far-infrared spectroscopy. This paper reports on the design, fabrication and initial performance demonstration of two antennas specifically designed for broadband pulsed THz detection.
