Abstract

Mode locked Nd:YAG 70 picoseconds, λ=1.06 µm radiation and its second harmonic intersected in LiNbO₃ crystal and recorded a hologram. Gratings of χ⁽²⁾ in liquid crystals under same illumination are to be studied.
