Abstract

The method [1] of the domain structure (DS) in uniaxial ferroelectric LlNbO3 (LN) spatial visualization with conventional polarizing microscope, based, on pyroelectrooptical effect (PEOE) (arising of the refractive anomalies, induced by fields of unscreened pyro-charges on domain interfaces emerging due to suitable thermotreating), is distinguished by high resolution and informativity of observable DS images.
