Metal Nanoparticles for Plasmonic Solar Cell Applications

Abstract

Metal nanoparticles, which are considered as promising tools to enhance performances of photovoltaic devices, are fabricated via e beam lithography method to investigate the effect of various parameters such as shape disorders, host materials and aging.
