Modulation of Anodic Aluminium Oxide-metal Heterostructure for Solar Cell Light Trapping

Abstract

Fabrication of porous anodic aluminium oxide with infiltrated metal heterostructure is presented in this paper. The porosity and barrier layer thickness are highly tunable for optimizing the light trapping effect.
