Optimized Design of Organic Phototransistors for Enhancing the Photo-induced Source Contact Modulation

Abstract

Organic phototransistors with optimized channel semiconductors, structures, and lateral source/drain geometry are proposed to improve the photo-induced contact modulation. Devices show high light absorption in the channel of 86.6%, the responsivity of 55A/W.
