Spatial Shift of X-ray Beam Reflected by Multilayer Structure

Abstract

The effect lies beyond the frames of geometric optics. We evaluate it in terms of the theory of Gaussian beams. The results can be important for zone plates and Bragg-Fresnel lenses.
