Fabrication and Characterization of 3D-Waveguides in Eu3+-doped Oxyfluorosilicate Glass

Abstract

To our knowledge for the first time 3D-Channel waveguides have been fabricated 100 μm beneath the sample surface in an indigenously developed Eu3+-doped oxyfluorosilicate glass using ultrashort laser pulses and performed the loss measurements.
