Abstract
Differential transmission spectroscopy has been one of the most widely employed experimental methods for investigations of time-resolved nonlinear optics in semiconductors. Recent findings, both experimental and theoretical, point out new features in pump-probe (PP) experiments1,2 and invoke a refreshed interest in this standard spectroscopy.
