Hybrid Low-Cost Quantum-Safe Key Distribution

Abstract

A hybrid approach to quantum-safe cyber security that leverages the strengths of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and post-quantum computation while mitigating the weaknesses of both can enable quantum-safe cyber-infrastructures for improved security of defense, finance/banking, and utility systems.
