Wannier-Stark Wavefunction Spectroscopy in GaAs/GaAlAs Superlattices

Abstract

Rich structures of photocurrent spectra of GaAs/GaAlAs periodic superlattices under electric field allow detailed studies of the electronic Wannier-Stark wavefunction by comparison with simple calculations.
