Abstract

The photocurrent spectrum of GaAs/AℓAs superlattice structures under electric fields was studied. M1 saddle point excitons associated with the heavy- and light-hole excitons in quasi-isolated quantum wells were observed simultaneously with Wannier-Stark quantization.
