Given several measuring devices defined by convolution with distributions μ₁,…,μ_m of compact support in ℝⁿ one would like to construct explicitly deconvolutors, i.e. distributions v₁,…,v_m, also of compact support, such that This would allow us to reconstruct exactly an arbitrary signal ϕ ∈ C^∞(ℝⁿ) which was measured as g₁ = μ₁ * ϕ,…,g_m = μ_m * ϕ by.
