Abstract

An Etched Fiber Bragg Grating-based temperature insensitive, simple all-optical tilt sensor design is proposed and theoretically demonstrated. This sensor, characterized with High-sensitivity, can measure direction and magnitude of inclination from horizontal with reversible response.
