Statistical Anatomy of Microvascular Networks in Living Mouse Cortex

Abstract

Two-photon image acquisition and vectorization have enabled detailed lon-gitudinal measurements of the in vivo mouse cortical microvascular network, revealing statistical distributions of the anatomy, stable over weeks and conserved across subjects.
