Abstract

It is key to gauge at an early time point if neoadjuvant therapies are ineffective or produce suboptimal responses. Towards this goal, we utilize label free 3D photoacoustic imaging to identify that tumor oxygenation changes within 72 hours of drug administration are key parameters to predict response and tumor growth rate.
