Abstract
We phase stabilize a 1 GHz optical frequency comb with a residual phase noise of <270 mrad [1kHz…1MHz] on both the carrier-envelope offset frequency (fceo) and the repetition rate, respectively. Detection of fceo is done with a packaged monolithic nanophotonics device using just 140 pJ of pulse energy. The SNR of the offset beat signal is 56 dB (100 kHz RBW).
