Twist-angle-dependent photoresponse in MoS2-graphene van der Waals heterostructures probed by ultrafast electron diffraction

Abstract

The photophysics of MoS2-graphene heterostructures at different twist angles has been investigated by ultrafast electron diffraction. The structural response of MoS2 heterostructures show a twist-angle dependence and exhibit faster dynamics than pure monolayer MoS2.
