Abstract

This paper discusses a method of obtaining and controlling radial and azimuthal polarization of light beams on the basis of conical refraction and electrooptics. An optical diagram of such a polarization converter is described, and a mathematical transformation of the phase of the orthogonal polarizations is considered.
